1. How Long Will My Order Take?
Every item is handcrafted to order – so expect a standard order to take 3 to 4 weeks to ship from the date the order was approved.
Need your sign sooner? Selecting the express shipping option means, for an additional $100 fee, we will deliver your sign in 2 to 3 weeks. Please email us at marketing@neonglobal.com.au for rush requests. Our team will try our best to accommodate such requests where possible.
2. How Does Ordering Work?
- Find or create your illuminated sign.
- Design the sign together.
- Purchase the finished design.
- Sign is carefully manufactured.
- Neon sign is packaged and sent to you.
Remember to enter your event date at the check-out or email us at marketing@neonglobal.com.au to guarantee you receive your sign beforehand (minimum of 4 weeks to craft and deliver each sign).
3. How Do You Design and Manufacture My Sign?
There are three phases:
i. Design Phase
From the moment you send an inquiry, the design process begins. We need to know some key information, including colors used, sign size, inspirations, indoor or outdoor use, acrylic type, and more.
The sooner you provide us with the specifications, the sooner we can start your design. We’ll send across the design as soon as it’s finished.
ii. Production Phase
After the design is finished – and the invoice is paid – the design is sent to production. Depending on the order size and specifications, the manufacturing phase takes approximately 10 business days.
iii. Shipping Phase
Finally, once completed, we’ll send the sign to you. These Shipping Timeframes are available:
- Standard Shipping - 14 - 21 business days
- Express Shipping - 10 - 14 business days
